NRI CAT was founded by a group of professionals who lived in the United States for 4 to 5 years. We experienced firsthand the challenges of bringing our parents to the U.S. while being far away. Our goal is to make the consulate process easier for other NRIs by offering a trusted and smooth experience for your loved ones in Chennai.   • Dropping them off safely at their departure point afterward.

Payment FAQ

Common Payment Questions

At the moment, NRI CAT accepts payments through bank transfer only. You’ll receive the account details once you’re ready to make the payment.

 

The price depends on your personalized needs—like the number of people, type of accommodation, food preferences, and other requirements. Once we gather all the details, we’ll give you the final price.

 

Nope. Once we provide the final price based on your specific requirements, there won’t be any extra fees—unless there are changes to your preferences.

 

If we haven’t made any arrangements yet, you can cancel your payment. But if we’ve already booked services with our vendors (like hotels), we’ll refund you after deducting any cancellation fees.

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed. The email will include all the details of your order and payment for your records.
